Migration

Sometimes, going from one place to another place requires courage, optimism, faith, and surrendering some, if not all, that is familiar.  Migration can be across a great distance or it can also be a small movement within our thinking or our hearts.  By definition, the act of migration implies traveling, which for some of us, can be exciting and for others, cause great anxiety.  Either way, it brings a new awareness and understanding to our existence and as we all migrate or travel  into the New Year.  Let us be mindful of the gifts that come with moving forward and embrace them with open arms.  Happy New Year and may 2017 bring you good health, happiness, peace, and prosperity.
