I am a native Coloradan who has been serving people along the front Range of Colorado for the last 25 years. After a 20-year career focused on church leadership (during which I received an MBA degree from Colorado Christian University), I found myself setting out in a new career direction involved in meeting the needs of senior adults faced with losing their independence. Over the last handful of years it has been my joy to see lives lengthened and quality of life increased for many. I love to be a part of a winning team that values results and wants to leave an admirable heritage. My last role was very focused on Caregiver recruitment and development, and I am looking forward to developing and supporting my team members as Agency Manager.

My grandma still lives near where I was born in Fruita, Colorado, and my parents still live near where I was raised in Boise, Idaho. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart since 1990, and we have two adult children of which we are very proud. Outside of work my favorite activities are riding my cruiser with my wife, playing music on my guitar, and sharing time with my family.

I was born in Oklahoma, and yes, the wind does come sweeping down the plains (but mostly in the form of tornados!) I grew up nomadic. My father was in the oil industry so we traveled and moved a lot. So, no surprise here; but I still enjoy traveling. Except now instead of my parents as my “travel companions” I have a wonderful husband, son, and dog. Since I am fairly new to Colorado we are traveling around the state seeing all the wonderful creations and making memories together. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, reading, and meeting new people. If you haven’t guessed the whole “meeting-new-people” portion is one of the many reasons I chose to join the team. I have been working with individuals who are EBD, and it has been the most enjoyable work I have done.
